Turbopack updates: Moving homes

Vercel's new JavaScript/TypeScript bundler, Turbopack, will be moved from the vercel/turbo repository to the vercel/next.js monorepo to speed up its iteration process. This move will ensure support for production builds within Next.js and reduce the synchronization and coordination time between the two repositories. The changes will not affect the Turborepo build system project or how users interact with Turbopack, Turborepo, or Next.js as the company plans on delivering framework-agnostic documentation. Turbopack will remain framework-agnostic with an immediate focus on Next.js and will be returned to a separate repository after it attains stability for use outside of Next.js. The company is working on marking Turbopack stable for development when used with Next.js.
