Catalyst: Application layouts, navigation menus, description lists, and more

The first major update to Catalyst has been released, introducing two new application layouts, navbar and sidebar components, and description lists. Furthermore, Catalyst has moved out of development preview with the release of Headless UI v2.0 for React and is now officially stable. Enhanced features such as support for dark mode, simple APIs for easy positioning of components, dropdown menus, and more have been introduced to improve the user experience. To make the demo look better, Heading and Subheading components have been added, alongside a Divider component. Catalyst is bundled with the Tailwind UI all-access license at no additional cost.
