Introducing Vercel AI SDK 3.2

The engineering team for AI SDK has released version 3.2. The SDK has been expanded and improved based on customer feedback. The new version enhances the SDK in four areas and is making strides towards supporting complex, autonomous agents. The release also adds support for new model providers and updates the SDK's functionality to support image input. The SDK now features an adapter for LangChain’s AI tools and abstraction capabilities. The release also extends the unified API of AI SDK Core for generating embeddings with various providers. Other enhancements include improved AI observability and reduced bundle size. The team is taking steps towards supporting two new use cases: embeddings and agents, with future updates to continue enhancing the SDK's capabilities.
