Improvements to Support Center

On July 19th, 2024, software engineers Aryan Vichare and John Pham, and senior director Matthew Sweeney announced an update to the Support Center for pro and enterprise customers. The design of the Support Center has been improved for better comprehension of the state of their support cases. However, the details on exactly how support cases could be found was not provided in the announcement.
